14-Day Return Policy

In accordance with South African consumer protection law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

How to Return

1. Email us at support@cleanestdaily.co.za with your order number
2. We'll arrange a return collection via Aramex or The Courier Guy
3. Ensure the product is in its original packaging
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

Defective Products

If you received a defective product, contact us immediately. We'll send a free replacement — no return needed. As per the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
